Brad Guzan scouted by Arsenal

Reports from ESPN state that Brad Guzan is being scouted by Arsenal. Arsenal have two aging goal keepers (38 & 30), and look to freshen up their defense.

As much as I would love Brad to stick around for a few more years, I’m glad for the guy. Brad has worked hard since Chivas USA’s first season and we all remember how that went. I just wish him the best of luck. Don’t be surprised if you catch me with a Arsenal jersey with Guzan on the back. I will be rooting for him!

Additionally, Chivas USA have an outstanding number 2. Preston Burpo did an outstanding job filling in for Guzan as he was of to Copa America.

Hopefully Arsenal picks the kid up. If not, it’s only a matter of time before someone else does.

Brad Guzan is my favorite MLS goalkeeper hands down. The kids got the goods, and a move to Arsenal would really build upon his already impressive accomplishments.

    Go Guzan!
