Rough Week for the Red and White

By: Alex | March 9th, 2008

It has been a rough couple days for the Chivas USA. The team starts off with a loss to DC United. Shortly after, Brad Guzan gets injured. Add another loss against Houston Dynamo and cap it off with a loss to Toronto.

Yeah… pretty rough. I didn’t make it up. Check the links below.

In a battle of Major League Soccer’s 2007 Eastern and Western Conference leaders, Chivas USA fell 2-1 to D.C.

Brad Guzan suffered a mild left knee MCL sprain at the team’s training session Monday

In Chivas USA’s second match of the Texas Pro Soccer Festival, the Red-and-White fell 1-0 to the Houston Dynamo in Cibolo, Texas. Dwayne De Rosario’s goal in the 12th minute was the difference between the two teams, who played a close, hard-fought match at the Byron P. Steele II High School Stadium.

Toronto got us as well.

On the lighter side, Eddie has a one-on-one with Ante Razov.
